After lunch, the meeting was continued with lectures from the different users from PR. China, the Netherlands, Singapore, USA, UK, Austria, Belgium, Italy and India. This lectures gave the users the opportunity not only to exchange their experience in using AMST equipment also to express their satisfaction or criticism, and to explain their ideas for improvement or future upgrades.

This lecture lasts until the evening and was very interesting for everybody.

In the evening during a common dinner the discussions have been continued. It was very interesting how close the different nations came each other independent from their political system, society or colour. It looked like a big family sitting together and celebrating.

On the next day a tour to AMST was organized by bus. At AMST a demonstration on the latest development of the AIRFOX® DISO with extended visual system and NV capability was presented and demonstrated.

Many of the features which have been asked during the lectures for improvement could be seen at AMST. After a quick lunch brake the official part was closed.

A bus transfer was organized to a place close to the hotel where a famous local brewery is located.

The tour through the brewery was one of the highlights of this afternoon. But the absolute highlight was standing outside of the brewery at a fountain.



The owner of the brewery switched by a remote control from water to beer and it was an excellent one.

On the 16th September the transfer per bus to the ICASM was organized and the tour went through half of Austria down to Vienna where most of the delegates lived in the same hotel located beside the famous Belvedere castle, the residence of Austria’s most famous hero and Army Marshall “Prince Eugen”.
